Passkey PRF test (passkey-test.tacy.dev)

Throwaway test page for the Tacy desktop spike. Same salt as Tacy: SHA-256("sealed-chat/prf/v1"). Shows only a fingerprint of the PRF output (first 8 bytes of its SHA-256).
